Ping maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) anywhere on our platform.
Ping (by Gropad Inc.) is an adults-only, city-wide platform where people describe what they need and are connected with others nearby. Protecting minors from harm is a fundamental responsibility, and we do not tolerate any content, communication, ping, or behavior that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Any content, ping, message, or behavior that involves or promotes CSAE is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate removal and permanent banning of the responsible account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Ping is intended solely for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the Service. If we learn that a minor is using Ping, we will remove the account.
We provide in-app tools to report and block users, pings, and messages. All reports of CSAE are treated as our highest priority, investigated promptly, and offending accounts are removed. We may use automated and manual review to detect and act on prohibited material.
We comply with applicable Canadian and international laws, including mandatory reporting obligations, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant child-protection organizations, including preserving and reporting information as required.
Every user must use Ping responsibly and must never create, upload, share, request, or solicit any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Attempting to use Ping to contact, groom, or harm a minor is strictly forbidden.
If you encounter any CSAE-related material or behavior on Ping, please report it immediately using the in-app report tools, or contact our safety team directly at safety@gropad.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
