You are always in control of your Ping account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the Ping app, in just a few taps — no forms, no waiting on support, and no need to share your password with anyone.
Account deletion happens entirely in-app. This is the most secure way to remove your account, because it is tied to your verified, signed-in session — regardless of whether you signed up with email, phone number, Apple, or Google.
Open the Ping app while signed in and follow these steps:
That's it. Once confirmed, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile and your personal data, including your active pings, matches, and messages. Your authentication record is removed as well, so your account no longer exists on Ping.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Limited information may be retained only where required by law or for legitimate safety and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
